IMS Community donations are usually granted to 1-2 qualifying nonprofit organizations each business quarter, however IMS reserves the right to modify the number based on available resources.

IMS Community donations are for non profit organizations who are seeking solutions for their website needs. Applicants understand they are applying for donated products or services provided by IMS Eligibility is based on qualifying criteria established by IMS. Assessment of needs, organizational goals and priorities, as well as staff abilities, are all determining factors used in the selection process.

• Your organization has previous experience working with outside consultants and places a value in that relationship.
• Your organization places a value on its website and has the staff (at least one point person) who is available to make updates to keep it fresh.
• You have closely evaluated IMS Solutions and feel your organization's needs will be met by our offerings.
• You have made an outline of your "ideal" site and can identify your sections. (top level navigation buttons)
• You understand that whenever possible IMS tries to be accommodating to its IMS Community recipients, however some requests fall outside the scope of the donated award and may not be included in the initial signed contract, which clearly outlines what the recipient can expect. Recipients are always free to expand on initial capabilities as their needs and budget allow.)

• Applications from organizations which may distribute offensive material or discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, age, disability or veteran status.
